English Congregations

8am in the Cathedral

A quiet and reflective service following the traditional Anglican Prayer Book. With prayers, Bible readings, and hymns accompanied by the majestic St John’s pipe organ, this service provides a space for reverence and contemplation. Join us afterwards for refreshments.

9:30am in the Cathedral

A contemporary service featuring a Kids Talks, Bible teaching, prayer, and engaging music. Families begin together in the service before children head out to Kids’ Church. Afterwards, we gather in the courtyard for morning tea.

11am in the Cathedral

A welcoming service for all ages, shaped by clear Bible teaching and vibrant music. This service includes a Kids’ Talk, after which children leave for Kids’ Church. Many in this congregation stay afterwards to share lunch.

5pm in the Parish Hall

A vibrant evening service with clear Bible teaching and engaging music, with a strong sense of community. Stay afterwards for refreshments and conversation.

9:15am Cantonese in the Parish Hall

A Cantonese-speaking service with contemporary Christian music, Bible teaching, and prayer. Children and teens are welcome to join our Kids’ Church and City Youth programs.

11am Mandarin in the Parish Hall

A Mandarin-speaking service featuring Bible teaching, prayer, and contemporary Christian music. Children and teens can participate in our Kids’ Church and City Youth programs.

Persian Congregation

9:30am in the Marsden Hall

A Farsi-language gathering for worship, Bible teaching, and prayer. Children and youth have the opportunity to join age-appropriate English programs at Kids’ Church and City Youth.

Children & Youth

9:30am Kids Church in the Education Centre

Preschoolers, infants and primary start with the adult congregation in the Cathedral. After the kids' talk towards the start of the service, the children are taken out to their program. Kids are picked up after the service from the Education Centre.

9:30am City Youth in the RJ Room

City Youth is our youth congregation for those in school years 6 to 12. Meeting in the Richard Johnson Room during school terms, we enjoy singing, Bible teaching and small group discussions.

Preschoolers, infants and primary meet in the Education Centre before the start of the adult service. Kids are picked up after the service from the Education Centre.

How to get here

We are in the heart of Parramatta with plenty of public transport and parking options.

The Cathedral is located at the western end of Parramatta Square (Church St) with street access from Hunter St. We are 300m from Parramatta train and bus station, 250m from the Parramatta Square light rail stop, and 200m from the Parramatta metro station.
